The Marinas of Viana do Castelo are organized around THREE complementary infrastructures located next to the iconic Eiffel Bridge, in the heart of the city. The Jusante Basin (downstream) is the main marina: it features 163 berths for vessels up to 20 metres in length (LOA) and a 3-metre draft, offering full infrastructure alongside water, electricity, fuel services, and a 12.5-tonne crane. The Montante Basin (upstream), situated upriver from the bridge, offers 144 berths for smaller vessels in a highly sheltered environment, just a short walk from the historic center, with a more intimate and quiet atmosphere. The Commercial Basin provides space for 5 vessels with a draft of up to 6 metres, located right in the center of the city. All three basins offer mooring for all types of pleasure craft, ranging from speedboats and local sailboats to transatlantic yachts.
Our marinas are designed to make your stay comfortable and secure, whether you moor for just a few hours or stay for the entire season. These are the services available across our facilities: We offer berths by the day, week, month, semester, and year, tailored to the size and length (LOA) of your vessel. Rates vary depending on the season (low and high) so you can plan your journey with total peace of mind.

Water and Shore Power on the Pontoon
In the commercial and supply zone, located on the ground floor, fresh water and electricity are available directly in the service area. An essential convenience for preparing large quantities of food and drink.

Fuels
Refueling is available at the Jusante Basin without the need to move your vessel: petrol and marine diesel are supplied at the lower section of the basin so you can continue your voyage without wasting time. Fuel is also available at the nearby fishing port, located very close by.

Sanitary and shower facilities are available to all boat owners and crew members with a berth in the Jusante Basin. They are kept in excellent condition, with convenient and secure access directly from the pontoons.

Up-to-date tidal information is available at our facilities—essential for entry and exit maneuvers at the Barra del Lima—alongside personalized information to assist mariners.
